Service Description

This is a beginners/intermediate Mat Pilates Six Week Course. One Session every Tuesday eve 6.30pm 60mins All you need is a Mat and wear some comfy clothes . My Classes consist of variety of Pilates movements and a little understanding of Pilates breathing connecting mind ,body and fluid movements. In time you will learn to heal the body through precise fluid movements and co-ordination, the two key principles of Pilates. After six weeks you may start to feel more balanced and notice several key improvements with your body and mental state of mind and overall wellbeing.. working on Pilates fundamentals: Posture, co-ordination, focus, concentration, precision, balance, breathing, centring and control.
