Service Description

My Beginners Face to Face Boutique Fitness Pilates Class. This will is run for six weeks, one class a week on a Thursday morning for 1hr. My Boutique Fitness Pilates is a small group ranging from 8-10 students per class creating a friendly place to workout whilst enjoying the company of other like-minded people.. My Classes consist of a variety of Pilates movements plus a little understanding of Pilates breathing connecting mind ,body and fluid movements. In time you will learn to heal the body through precise fluid movements and co-ordination, the two key principles of Pilates. After six weeks you may start to feel more balanced and notice several key improvements within your body, your mental state of mind and overall wellbeing.. Pilates fundamentals: Posture, co-ordination, focus, concentration, precision, balance, breathing, centring and control. Improving on; Mobility, Flexibility, Coordination, Strengthening muscles & tone, Core activation, Lengthening, Posture, Balance, Stability, Stress management and relaxation. In the first six weeks we will perform exercises using our own body weight and as the weeks go on l will introduce various pieces of equipment performing the same Pilates movements. Pilates movements include a number of exercises and stretches which are performed with attention to correct breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. To gain the maximum benefit, you should do Pilates at least two or three times per week. You may notice postural improvements after 10 to 20 sessions. This is a Beginners level. You will need to bring your own mat and some water to stay hydrated. Make sure you wear comfy workout clothes which give you freedom to move.
